My goals for the games
Place in the top 5 in all of the races and perhaps win a medal. I would like to get a new personal best time in each of my races. I would also like to shoot clean in a race.
My personal best result in my event
Personal bests in my event include a bronze medal at Nationals 2010. A gold medal in the individual race at Westerns 2010. I also competed at cadet nationals for 6 years and won 2 gold medals, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals over the years
What will I bring to the Halifax 2011 Canada Games? I will bring...
I will be prepared to race in any weather condition and push myself to the end in each race.
My personal role model
My role models in biathlon are Megan Imrie and Magdalena Neuner.
Other information that could be of interest to the media
I was a torchbearer in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay. I started biathlon in the Air Cadet Program at age 13. I have my glider pilot license and private pilot license and am also a glider instructor.
